This site is amazing!!! I am a photo person and I am usually taking all the pics. However, as a mother of the bride, I wanted to be in the moment and could not do this at my daughter's wedding events. We were able to organize "folders" for everything from the bachelorette weekend to the rehearsal dinner to the reception. We made separate QR codes for the ladies getting ready so only they could access. We got so many pictures of the events from all perspectives! We had pictures to share right away! It was very easy to download and add to my photographer photos to then send to Shutterfly or Snapfish to make prints and gifts. Highly recommend!!!

I learned about Guestcam on Reddit and it was the perfect app for our three day destination wedding by the sea. I loved the easy way to set things up on the backend and the ability to share the link in “before you go” emails to guests and then integrate the QR code in a welcome card. Without strong WiFi at the venue, video was tough to share so we sent follow up texts and that third touch got us hundreds of photos. As a result we have a wonderful record of events and people from so many angles. We love looking at everything even before the photographer and videographer have gotten back to us with proofs. We love the feature where people can share their selfie and get emails of all the pics they are in. Wonderful and will def recommend.

My now wife and I got married this past weekend and used GuestCam to help share pictures and videos. It is a great product, and very user friendly. We printed the QR code on business cards and passed them around to all the guests. People were very open to using it and even the old-timers had no difficulty scanning the code and uploading pictures. It was so nice to see pictures of everyone's experience from the weekend and a great way to immortalize such a special event. It's also great that all the guests can see the pictures so our family's will also have these memories for a lifetime and beyond.

As a professional wedding planner, I highly recommend GuestCam. I recently used it for a big industry event, and it was perfect. Guests could easily upload their photos and videos by scanning a QR code, and I created separate sub-galleries for the photo booth, professional photographer, and videography. The best part was the professional photographer's ability to upload the full gallery, eliminating the need for me to email it to all the guests. They simply logged in and had access. The Magic Find tool was also a hit, allowing guests to upload a selfie and quickly find all the photos they were in. Overall, GuestCam is a fantastic tool for any event!

So glad we used GuestCam for our son's graduation! We printed table cards explaining the process along with our unique QR code. Loved seeing our guests' pics and videos during and after the reception. Great experience!

Guestcam is wonderful. I liked the idea of giving disposable cameras to all the guests at my moms wedding as a wedding gift as she did not hire a photographer Then I learned there were platforms that allowed people to pay a one time fee to access a scan code allowing wedding guests to upload photos they take to a share drive. I liked the idea of my mom not having to pay to develop photod in order to see them. So I did some research and priced several photo share platforms. I decided on Guestcam because they were priced competitively and gave guests a much longer period of time to upload their photos. I contacted customer support to ask a few questions along the way and good kind friendly persons responded quickly. I am happy with my choice to sign up with Guestcam.

Great way to capture all pics and videos for your event! We used this for our wedding! We have over 400 pics and 150 videos of our special week! Great way to capture moments from everyone's perspective!

GuestCam was a great find! We threw a big party with friends from all over the world to celebrate our wedding. GuestCam allowed us to collect all photos and videos very easily and share them with everyone. Everyone loved it, I can totally recommend it!

SO easy! No app, no account creation. I send the link or they scan the QR code and it brought my guests right to the pictures. No password or anything. Collected all the bachelorette, bachelor, family time, and wedding photos and videos in separate galleries to keep everything organized. SO worth it!

An AMAZING application and platform for ALL your special event memories to be saved....shared and uploaded in one easy to use service! We used this for our wedding and then sent the links for everyone to have access via their cellphone. What an AWESOME ideal saved us extra on having professional photographer try and capture those special hilarious moments by turning every ones phone into an photographer!!! I really love this because I get to see from my guests POV! The only thing improvement/ product development I wanna suggest is to have the option for premium features (at a cost of course!) for 1-50 guests. I had to buy basic + premium feature (wanted the video upload option) but only had 30 guests for my event. It was pricey but because I wanted that video feature which is not available for basic (1-50guests), I paid for it. It’s something the product/ marketing team can look at! Other than that, will still recommend Guestcam because in terms of features and price, it’s still cheaper compared to others in the market

Had a problem free experience with Guest Cam for my wedding. Guests were easily able to upload pics and videos long after the wedding. My only suggestion would be for us to be allowed to change an album from private to public after it’s created and guests have begun to upload. Overall, it was a great process and I will use again!

GuestCam is incredibly easy to use, especially for older folks who are not as tech-savvy. I used it for an 80th birthday party, so this was important. Guests didn't need to create an account to upload their photos, which was great for the older guests who wouldn't take the time to create accounts. The Canva templates for QR codes were very convenient, and I appreciated the running count of guests, photos, and videos. Overall, it's a user-friendly tool that made the event memorable and hassle-free!

We enjoyed using guest cam for our wedding. We found it quite user friendly as did our guests. I liked that we didn’t have to download an app to use guest cam and this made it easier for many of our older guests. I thought it was fairly priced for what we got.

I recently used guestcam for my wedding, and have also used guestpix (as a guest), and in my opinion guestcam is cost effective and much better on every front! We got the $55 package, and was able to use it for our rehearsal dinner, getting ready pics, and ceremony & reception. We only made 3 galleries in the event, but we can add up to 30 - makes me regret not finding them sooner. I could have used it for my bachelorette weekend. They have a feature that lets you link all your galleries to 1 gallery so you only share 1 QR code, this was very useful in our case! Our guests enjoyed using it, and we ended up receiving close to 1000 photos & videos, and some voicemails! According to their site, (and I confirmed with their support) I have 14 months access, and can upload to my event for 12 months! As I've mentioned in another thread, I'm a huge fan of the product, and haven't been paid or asked to write here. I found them here in another thread, and will talk about them every chance I get 😃

I know this is an old thread.. but I wanted to add my comment. My wedding was last weekend. We used GuestCam, which I found based on comments here. It was right about $100 for up to 250 "guests" to upload pictures, we were able to create multiple buckets for shower, bachelorette party, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, etc. Was super easy to use the provided QR codes for each bucket to print out cards we left on the tables and bars for people to scan and upload pictures. We got hundreds of pictures and videos uploaded, and even a handful of "voicemails", which is another feature. Everyone said it worked great, didnt require an app or any sort of "take over your camera" permissions, our guests didnt have to sign up or provide an email to upload. And the pictures will stay there for over a year so we dont have to rush to download them. anyway, just wanted to share our experience. We do not work for guestcam, this isnt sponsored, they didnt ask me to write this. Just a happy customer.

We really have enjoyed using the Guest Cam for our Vow Renewal. We decided to not hire a photographer and just let our pictures come from family and friends...We were very, very happy with all the pictures and the ease of the program for our guests was phenomenal...Would 100 percent recommend!!

This has been the absolute BEST! So easy to use! We were able to add the QR code to our Canva printouts for all the guest tables. No app required. Scan the QR code, type in your name so the bride and groom know who uploaded which pictures, and upload pictures! I have access for a year, I can set up different albums. My new husband and I are enjoying all of the pictures from our guest uploaded to one area. We can enjoy while waiting for the professional

This is just a preliminary review because the event isn't until next weekend (10/16-10/17). I wanted to start this a little early so I could help committee members learn how to use it (don't judge, we're old! ;) ) before the reunion. Some of them picked it up quickly. Others, not so much. I find it easy. I'll give it a more detailed review after the reunion (50 years since HS... Not sure how that happened!) and I see how many of our guests played along. But as of right now, I don't think I could have made a better decision than purchasing this. Thanks.

Its so easy to use and even my non-tech friends are finding this site and uploading photos. I have not yet streamed it for the event. Stay tuned for updates on usability

I definitely recommend GuestCam for any function where you would like many "photographers". It is easy to get started and easier to access your photos after guests have uploaded them. GuestCam makes everything very user friendly. I purchased business cards and made QR scan sheets for our wedding and everyone was able to get candid shots and some shots the photographers didn't get. I was able to go and view and upload them weeks after the wedding. I will definitely use them again!

It is very easy to use, definitely worth the money to have all the pictures people take on their phone that you might not ever see otherwise. I would recommend to a friend, and will use again for any large event.

I just used GuestCam for my wedding and I loved it! It was easy to use and very reasonably priced. I was happy that I already had lots of wedding pictures before I got the ones back from the professional photographer. I used a photo that one of my guests took and uploaded for our thank you cards!

Best way to have wedding guests share photos and videos!

first i would have rated you higher than 5 if that had been an option! i don't know how you could have made this any easier and more user-friendly than it already is. it's affordable, easy to make available at an event, and frankly just a lot of fun! i think even the most tech-challenged among us managed it just fine. the only suggestion i have for you is to accept .mp3 files as well. we created some AI music for our event and would have liked to be able to share those here as well. THANK YOU!!

Audi Club Carolinas used GuestCam for the first time at our Treffen Chapter Event held in Little Switzerland, NC. It was a big hit with the members as they shared their mountain drive daily pics and videos. We will be using GuestCam again!

We used GuestCam for our 50 year high school reunion. So easy!! We printed out the QR code as well as emailed it to all of our classmates, and we had over 600 shared photos and videos on our guestcam page!! It was so fun to see all of the photos. This is a wonderful program for a fundraiser to use when having participants grab candid photos.

I was looking for a picture gallery to share photos from guests attending a reunion. I wanted a gallery that didn't require an app or required creating an account/password and that gave a moderator a means to reject inappropriate pictures. I found all this in GuestCam! It was easy to set up for an event with two sub-galleries and given the number of pictures coming it wasn't difficult for users to navigate the site. I keep the moderator web page open on my phone so I can keep real-time tabs on pictures coming in so I can approve them. Users have marveled at the site and say they're going to use the product for future get togethers.

GuestCam was easy to set up and so much fun. I put multiple copies of the QR code for our event on all tables and people uploaded hundreds of photos and videos. Now we have an amazing record of the event from many different perspectives and the uploads are still coming in weeks after it took place. Just started using it for our event- easy to set up, very good customer service- I was able to chat with someone right away when I needed something.

What I love the most is that my soon to be husband and I are able to have access to our photos for a year and our guests for six months. Also, if we place double by mistake then we are able to go back and delete them.

This was a great way to get lots of photos AND videos of our day. We had cards for our guest to scan at the reception it was easy for them to remember to do in that moment. I loved being able to see all the photos and have the ability to approve so guests were swamped with duplicate photos when trying to look through the album themselves. I will remember this site for all future big events and I recommend to all my friends who ask for advice on wedding planning!

Wonderful way to keep memories of your wedding!

Most definitely the most affordable and easy-to-use option for your guests! I had such a great time inviting my friends and family to scan the QR code, and it was so much fun getting to see the day from their perspective through their camera lenses. I didn’t have a big budget for videography and photography, so this was a great budget-friendly option to capture even more memories from everyone’s point of view.

we used GuestCam for a fishing tournament for a way to submit fish photos for a "Catch, Photo, Release" tournament. we kept the photos hidden from the teams and it worked great!

Easy to access

GuestCam was a lot of fun for our bachelorette party — we had a treasure hunt with bingo going on, and it made it so easy to document and share all the photos in one place. It wasn’t used as much during the actual ceremony/reception, but that just means it’s still got a great use going forward — we’re planning to use it to share photos from our photographer too. Fun tool overall, especially for more casual, activity-based events.

We haven’t had our event yet but the setup and functionality has been excellent. Very intuitive and user friendly. Love that you don’t need to download an app or login to an individual account to add photos. Several of us have added photos prior to our event with no issues. And the cost is reasonable. Only suggestion would be to allow for adding captions to a picture. Highly recommend GuestCam!

GuestCam is a user friendly platform to share activity pictures. I find it very easy to use without the need of apps or monthly fees. The one time fee is very reasonable and allows participants to upload and download pictures and also to react to them and even leave voice messages. I strongly recommend it.

I am so happy I used this service for our wedding!! Since there is no app, no sign up so many people have been uploading photos!! Which, from other wedding apps our friends have used in the past, is usually a challenge. Its definitely worth the base fee. I am so happy and would recommend this to anyone.

We loved that we were able to see our wedding day through the eyes of our guests! We were able to see photos from our wedding night of us and our guests that we otherwise probably never would have seen! It was such an easy way for family/friends to share photos and videos with us! This is the second consecutive year I have used GuestCam. I have been using GuestCam to capture both photos and short videos at annual fraternity reunions. I believe the website is intuitive and easy to learn on the admin level. I also believe it is intuitive and user-friendly for all casual users on the website as well. Guestcam is my "go to" website when considering the future planning for all upcoming reunions.

At the moment, pictures are still being uploaded by guests and being reviewed. So far, this is a great way to capture photos so everyone can view them all in one place.

It was SOOO much fun seeing all the different perspectives from our guests!! We asked them to record memories and interesting things on their journey in, the preparation, the event, the celebrations, and even their trip back home. So fun to see all the things!

I am very pleased with GuestCam. I was very excited about voice mail and asked guests to use this feature, but no one did. I hired a professional photographer, but I'm thrilled with the 202 candid photos and 54 videos uploaded to GuestCam. I used Etsy to add the QR code to our Welcome/Thank you place setting cards. I highly recommend Guest Cam and will use them in the future.

Ive always wanted disposable cameras at my wedding for the guest to capture moments from their view . Now that disposable cameras are a thing of the past guest cam stepped up. This was such a great idea . And so easy to use . I just got married this weeeknd , I explained it once at the beginning of our reception and guest loved it ! Im still laughing at all the pictures coming in. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is having thoughts about it . So much easier than trying to set up a Google doc. Or anything else, Especially with guests that aren't very tech savvy.

I totally forgot I set up Guest Cam for our wedding and got an email from them over a year after our wedding telling me to download our photos. It was such a treat to see so many great photos everyone took from the wedding that I had not seen before. I am so glad I added this to our wedding, we got so many great candid and fun photos from the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception and after party.

I used Guest Cam for a baby shower I hosted, and I am so glad I found this app! I was a little hesitant at first because sometimes services like this don’t work out as smoothly as you hope. However, this was such a great and easy process at a very reasonable cost.I had a few questions before getting started, and the customer service chat was fantastic—very quick responses and incredibly helpful. The FAQs were also thorough and answered many of my initial concerns. The app was a huge hit at the shower! Our guests loved it, and the ability to leave voicemails was such a special bonus. It added a meaningful and memorable touch to the celebration. I would absolutely recommend Guest Cam to anyone planning a special event!
